News) previously announced that the government of Dubai had placed a mandate on all construction companies to have all expatriate workers on an electronic payment system by January 2008. This mandate has been extended to later in 2008, and E-Monee continues efforts to implement its systems in order to meet the extended deadline. Recently, his Excellency Dr. Ali bin Abdulla Al Ka'abi, UAE Minister of Labor, announced that the Ministry of Labor has been pushing for a service offering that provides a global financial service customized for the expatriate workers through various US companies.
